About the job
Screens hospital patients for eligibility for government and other assistance programs, helps them begin applications, and documents screening and account progress.
What you'll do
- Identify and screen self-pay patients at the hospital, including bedside or ER referrals, for eligibility assistance programs.
- Help patients with enrollment applications and explain Firstsource services and follow-up.
- Document screening results and account information in hospital systems and tracking tools; maintain communication with hospital staff and client contacts.

Nice to have
