What you'll do
- Identify and screen self-pay patients for state, county, and federal eligibility programs, in person or by telephone.
- Help patients complete applications and facilitate follow-up with Patient Advocate Specialists.
- Record screening outcomes and account information in tracking tools and hospital systems.
