Performs quality-control reverification of mortgage loan files by checking borrower qualification information and documentation against agency and investor requirements.
What you'll do
- Review at least 10 files per day and maintain at least a 98% quality rating.
- Enter loan information into the LES QC Program and prepare letters to re-verify borrower information, including employment, deposits, income, and assets.
- Review information received from reverification letters and conduct all work professionally.
