About the job
Provides operational and analytical support for mortgage servicing quality control by coordinating client loan files, setting up and reporting on audits, reconciling billing, and completing audit reviews.
What you'll do
- Manage client loan files and coordinate with clients on selections, missing data, file transfers, and replacements.
- Set up and assign audits, monitor completion and service-level deadlines, and prepare and upload audit reports.
- Maintain servicing and billing trackers, reconcile billing data, and complete quality control reviews of performing and non-performing loans.
