About the job
Collects aging medical insurance claims by filing and appealing claims and resolving billing accounts.
What you'll do
- File claims with appropriate forms, attachments, and supporting documentation.
- Research denials and submit written appeals; verify patient information and benefits.
- Document account work in CUBS and other necessary systems, and draft letters to clients.
