Own post-sales technical engagement for customer accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion of Fivetran and dbt through technical guidance, architecture planning, and stakeholder collaboration.
What you'll do
- Guide customers’ adoption and optimization; monitor account health and address churn risks.
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities, including technical validation, workshops, and proofs of concept.
- Define customer reference architectures and coordinate technical strategy across internal teams and partners.
