Owns post-sales technical relationships for customer accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion of Fivetran and dbt through architecture guidance, workshops, and account planning.
What you'll do
- Guide customer adoption, optimization, and technical architecture; monitor account health and address retention risks.
- Identify and validate expansion opportunities, partnering with Account Executives and leading technical workshops or proofs of concept.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and account plans, coordinate internal and technology partners, and contribute to customer-facing thought leadership.
