Own and grow Fivetran and dbt Labs’ global strategic alliance with a major systems integrator, driving joint strategy, practitioner adoption, go-to-market activity, and commercial opportunities.
What you'll do
- Set alliance strategy and build senior relationships with partner executives and delivery teams; embed the platform in partner practices and client proposals.
- Lead practitioner enablement and joint marketing, including campaigns and agentic AI value accelerators.
- Develop and track co-sell pipeline, deployments, certifications, alliance performance, and joint wins.

- 15+ years of experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management in the data, cloud, or enterprise software industry.
- Experience managing complex global relationships with major consulting firms or global system integrators at a senior level.
- Ability to engage at C-suite and partner level within a global consulting organization and develop joint pipeline opportunities.
- Willingness to travel globally.
Nice to have
- Deep understanding of the modern data stack and open data infrastructure; dbt, Fivetran, or equivalent experience.

Pay
$165,739 — $196,000 USD (base salary); $236,774 — $280,000 USD (OTE / total on-target earnings)
