Lead the Core engineering team building and maintaining dbt Fusion’s Rust-based dbt V2 engine, balancing technical design, product delivery, and product stability.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 8 engineers.
- Partner with Product and engineering teams to set scope, estimates, priorities, and technical direction across the engine and its integrations.
- Contribute to technical design and implementation while balancing feature work, maintenance, modernization, and product stability.

$240,901 — $301,126.50 USD (target new hire compensation; may include sales incentives or target bonuses depending on the role)
