Owns post-sales technical strategy and customer outcomes for strategic enterprise accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion across Fivetran and dbt.
What you'll do
- Lead account architecture, adoption, technical validation, and recovery strategies for complex enterprise customers.
- Partner with account executives to build expansion plans, manage technical pipeline, and align solutions with business goals.
- Mentor CSAs, develop reusable playbooks and architectures, and coordinate with internal teams and technology partners.
