Staff Product Manager, AI & Developer Experience

What you'll do

• Set the multi-year vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for the Studio IDE, Developer Agent, Cloud CLI, and dbt VS Code Extension.
• Lead AI agent product development, including workflows, context management, user trust, and evaluation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and the Fusion partnership; use customer feedback and research to guide product decisions.

• Direct experience owning developer environment products.
• Hands-on experience building, shipping, or leading AI agent features.
• Strong technical foundation, cross-functional leadership, and ability to turn developer feedback into prioritized product work.

• Experience with dbt or similar SQL-first transformation frameworks; LSP, tree-sitter, CLI tooling, or developer workflow automation.
• Experience shipping frontier AI agent products, open-source or developer-community involvement, or knowledge of modern data warehouses.

Pay

$243,936 — $304,920 USD (target new hire compensation range; may include sales incentives or target bonuses depending on role)
