What you'll do
- Develop portfolio plans and conduct strategic, market, competitive, valuation, and financial analyses to guide priorities and investment decisions.
- Identify and evaluate partnering opportunities; coordinate outreach, diligence, transaction support, and alliance governance.
- Develop investor and Board materials, support financing and investor engagement, and coordinate executive preparation and communications.
