Build and maintain bioinformatics pipelines, datasets, QC tools, and visualizations used by scientists in a drug discovery setting.
What you'll do
- Run and monitor sequencing and proteomics pipelines; triage failures and summarize QC.
- Write tested scripts and automated checks to analyze biological data and validate datasets.
- Ingest and document catalog datasets, build scientist-facing dashboards, and present project results.

- Currently pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in a listed or related field and available for a full-time, 4–6 month co-op term.
- Python (pandas) and comfort with the Linux command line.
