About the job
Supports the Proteomics team in developing and optimizing proteomics workflows, preparing samples, conducting LC-MS/MS analysis, and interpreting results for therapeutic discovery and target validation.
What you'll do
- Develop and optimize workflows for challenging proteins, surfaceome and secretome profiling, and ubiquitylation screening.
- Perform proteomics sample preparation and LC-MS/MS analysis; interpret data and conduct quality control.
- Troubleshoot methods, document experiments in Benchling, and present plans and results to the scientific team.
