About the job
Supports development and optimization of microbial fermentation processes for recombinant protein production, including operating and scaling bench-scale workflows.
What you'll do
- Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain shake-flask and bench-scale microbial fermentation systems, including batch and fed-batch experiments.
- Prepare media, inoculum, and feed solutions; perform routine analyses such as OD measurements and metabolite analysis.
- Contribute to safe laboratory operations and collaborate with strain engineering, downstream, and analytical teams.
