Develop and validate novel life-science venture ideas, then help create and operationalize new companies around them.
What you'll do
- Assess scientific opportunities, develop venture hypotheses, and design experiments to test key assumptions.
- Develop company strategy, IP plans, pitches, and operational plans, including early hiring and team leadership.
- Build relationships with academic experts and coordinate scientific, IP, and operational work across the Flagship ecosystem.
