Leads business development strategy and deal execution for a portion of Flagship Pioneering’s portfolio companies, building partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations.
What you'll do
- Develop business development strategy and action plans with company leadership, including partnership scopes, research plans, and exclusivity constructs.
- Lead partner outreach, diligence, and transaction structuring in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Work with R&D to assess early-stage compounds and incorporate partnership perspectives into research and development.
