What you'll do
- Lead and develop approximately five Principal Software Engineers, hiring talent and supporting their careers.
- Set technical strategy and architectural direction, contribute to system design, and guide consequential build-versus-buy decisions.
- Balance engineering resources, remove delivery blockers, and represent engineering to product leaders and senior stakeholders.
