What you'll do
- Lead HR business partners supporting Flagship Labs companies and advise senior leaders on translating business plans into people practices.
- Develop and deliver leadership, manager capability, talent, and employee engagement initiatives in partnership with HR colleagues.
- Coach leaders and managers, support workforce and organizational planning, and manage day-to-day HR needs for Pioneering Business Unit leaders and teams.
