What you'll do
- Own the AMER Leadership Development Rotational Program and support AE onboarding and ongoing sales excellence programs.
- Maintain Flexport’s documentation ecosystem and deliver special projects; measure impact and improve programs through feedback.
- Partner with sales leadership to develop training and playbooks and drive program adoption.
