Own and execute end-to-end global freight shipments while delivering a high-quality customer experience and coordinating with logistics partners.
What you'll do
- Manage shipment movement and resolve exceptions to support on-time performance and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate daily logistics operations with internal and external partners, and handle client issues and escalations.
- Quote and invoice shipments, monitor internal KPIs and SLAs, and support client reviews and operational calls.
