About the job
Manages end-to-end regional freight shipments and customer operations, coordinating partners and resolving issues to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and execute import and export shipments, including ocean, air, and intermodal freight.
- Manage the client experience, handling issues and ensuring shipments meet quality standards, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Coordinate internal and external logistics partners; support quoting, invoicing, and client operational reviews.
