Administers, secures, integrates, and supports Flexport’s SaaS collaboration and endpoint-management platforms, while automating workflows and leading IT engineering projects.
What you'll do
- Administer SaaS platforms and provide escalation and Tier 3 IT support; manage endpoint policies, software deployment, patching, and security compliance.
- Own platform lifecycle management, onboard applications for single sign-on, and develop automation scripts and workflows.
- Monitor system health, investigate issues, support Legal and HR discovery, and collaborate on security, integrations, vendor evaluations, and IT projects.
