About the job
Delivers and supports client integrations between the Flexport Platform and external systems, coordinating requirements, testing, deployment, adoption, and issue resolution.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery of common integrations and manage requirements, functional testing, and operational deliverables for complex projects.
- Coordinate integration testing and user acceptance testing, and support adoption, troubleshooting, and improvement recommendations after launch.
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Global Operations, Solutions Engineers, Product, and customers on integration needs and process changes.
