About the job
Installs, assesses, maintains, and troubleshoots physical infrastructure for nationwide Drone as a First Responder deployments.
What you'll do
- Install, configure, maintain, and support DFR hardware, drone docks, cameras, and related infrastructure at customer sites.
- Assess site power, mounting locations, network connectivity, and access constraints; troubleshoot hardware, software, and local network issues.
- Document installations and service work, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to meet safety standards and applicable codes.

- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, or willingness to obtain it within 45 days of hire.
- Experience in field-based work such as construction, low-voltage installation, or telecommunications.
