What you'll do
- Lead pricing, cost and gross-margin analysis; build and maintain the operating model, budget, forecasts, hiring plans, and scenarios.
- Oversee monthly close, financial controls, accounts payable and receivable, commissions, finance systems, and executive reporting.
- Manage investor and board reporting, fundraising diligence, equity-pool and cap-table administration, and coordination with outside advisors.

- Strong command of SaaS and usage-based financial metrics, and grounding in GAAP accrual accounting.
