About the job
Oversee accounts payable operations, including invoice and payment processing, vendor management, reconciliations, financial close support, and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Process and review invoices, expense reports, and payments for accuracy, authorization, and policy compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships and reconcile discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain AP records and controls, support month-end close and audits, and coordinate with property teams on tenant billing and collections.
