About the job
Oversee capital expenditure projects across Flow’s business lines, managing budgets, accounting, reporting, compliance, and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Track CapEx budgets, spending, project changes, and financial records; identify and address variances.
- Maintain controls and documentation, reconcile financial data, and ensure eligible expenditures are capitalized accurately in the general ledger.
- Prepare reports and variance analyses for management and collaborate with project managers, finance, and property management.
