About the job
Own acoustic studies and noise mitigation for repeatable data center and power-generation designs, supporting engineering, workforce safety, permitting, and commissioning.
What you'll do
- Run environmental and occupational noise studies and maintain sound-propagation models for template designs and candidate sites.
- Specify and coordinate noise mitigations across engineering teams, including barriers, silencers, enclosures, louvers, and equipment selections.
- Set and verify occupational noise protections; produce noise assessments, reports, and measurements for permitting and community engagement.
What they ask for
- 5+ years of acoustics or noise-control engineering on industrial, power-generation, or mission-critical facilities, including at least one project from study through permit and commissioning measurement.
