Leads planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and cross-functional delivery for global data center construction projects through handover.
What you'll do
- Own integrated construction schedules, budgets, cash-flow forecasts, change control, and weekly earned-value reporting.
- Manage design reviews, contracts, procurement risks, and project governance from mobilization through completion and turnover.
- Lead delivery teams, staffing, stakeholder coordination, and project meetings across active sites.

- Deep knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical scopes, procurement workflows, and cost controls.

Nice to have
