Manages Fluidstack’s contractor and extended workforce program, overseeing vendors, compliant processes, workforce guidance, and program systems from intake through offboarding.
What you'll do
- Manage the contractor program and staffing supplier relationships, from intake through offboarding.
- Maintain compliant processes for worker classification, onboarding, access, and data protection; advise hiring managers on workforce options.
- Improve program systems, reporting, and documentation, partnering with Legal, Finance, and IT on escalations and controls.
