Builds and maintains site-level financial forecasts for data center projects, manages the monthly forecast cycle, and automates forecast updates from source systems.
What you'll do
- Forecast capex, opex, and cash timing for each building; maintain forecasts and explain variances.
- Model scenarios when deals, delays, or design changes affect projections.
- Automate data pipelines so forecasts update in hours rather than weeks.
