Leads multi-site manufacturing operations for Fluidstack’s gigawatt-scale infrastructure, overseeing plant leaders, logistics, production targets, and organizational growth.
What you'll do
- Manage plant managers across multiple sites and maintain production, quality, and safety standards.
- Own end-to-end plant logistics, including inbound materials, in-plant flow, and outbound shipping; coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Chain to keep plants operating as designed.
- Set fleet-wide production targets, address underperforming sites, and build the manufacturing organization as new sites launch.
