About the job
Build and lead Fluidstack’s early-careers recruiting function, programs, and talent pipelines for intern and new-graduate roles across technical and non-technical teams.
What you'll do
- Create and run university recruiting strategy, including target-school relationships, campus brand-building, and recruiting events.
- Co-design internship and graduate programs, then embed and operate them across the business; build hiring infrastructure, rubrics, and playbooks.
- Assess candidates and track pipeline, conversion, offer acceptance, and source-quality metrics; use results to refine strategy and report to leadership.
What they ask for
- Built or materially scaled a university recruiting program with demonstrable outcomes.
- Designs long-term talent programs and pipelines, not just recruiting for immediate openings.
- Evaluates early-career potential beyond credentials and creates structure in ambiguous situations.
- Measures recruiting outcomes, including pipeline conversion, source quality, and intern-to-FTE conversion.
Nice to have
- University recruiting in AI, infrastructure, or deep-technical markets; early-careers programs at high-growth or zero-to-one companies; or campus employer-brand strategy.
- Willingness to travel during peak recruiting cycles.
Pay
$209K – $263K USD total compensation; equity offered
