About the job
Own environmental permitting and civil engineering for data center site development, from site screening through permits and coordinated construction-ready site packages.
What you'll do
- Lead environmental permitting, including stormwater, wetlands and waters, and land disturbance approvals.
- Screen sites for environmental and development risks; manage consultants and coordinate civil designs with structural and architectural scopes.
- Review grading and drainage plans and sequence environmental compliance with construction schedules.
What they ask for
- Have personally taken industrial or large commercial sites through environmental permitting, including SWPPP, delineations, and applications.
- Have screened raw land for development risks and worked directly with regulators to secure approvals on schedule.
