Leads Fluidstack’s NPI hardware lab operations, team, qualification schedules, logistics, and power-demand validation to prepare infrastructure for production deployment.
What you'll do
- Own and operationalize the liquid-cooled and air-cooled NPI lab; lead technicians and lab qualification engineers.
- Coordinate vendor and customer qualification access, schedules, equipment logistics, inventory, rack-and-stack, and RMAs.
- Host power-oversubscription and demand-management validation, including the detection-to-load-shed-to-shutdown response chain.
