Own health, safety, and environmental programs at a data center campus spanning construction, commissioning, and live operations.
What you'll do
- Review design and commissioning packages and drive engineering controls into plans; manage hazardous energy controls, switching plans, LOTO, and zero-energy verification.
- Manage workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work programs, including transitional duty and case coordination.
- Maintain injury, illness, environmental, and permit records, including OSHA logs and New York state filings.
What they ask for
- Experience running site safety on a data center or heavy industrial build with construction, commissioning, and energized systems on one campus.
- OSHA 30 Construction and current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
- Experience reviewing design and commissioning packages and implementing engineering controls.
- Experience managing workers’ compensation claims through closure, return-to-work programs, and OSHA 300, 300A, and 301 records through inspection or audit.
Nice to have
- Construction safety credentials (CHST, CSP, ASP), PE licensure, or case and disability management credentials (CCM, CPDM, occupational health RN).
- New York construction and labor compliance experience or familiarity with claims and injury analytics tooling (Origami, Riskonnect, Intelex).
