About the job
Build and lead Fluidstack’s insider risk and counterintelligence program to protect its compute infrastructure, including technical controls, policies, and incident response.
What you'll do
- Establish the program’s operating model, roadmap, controls, and policy library.
- Coordinate with security, IT, infrastructure, physical security, legal, and HR to implement controls and resolve insider risk incidents.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure policies and processes are adopted and trusted by the workforce.
