The Logistics Quality Control Specialist inspects incoming and returned hardware, manages freight claims, and standardizes quality controls across Fluidstack’s logistics operations.
What you'll do
- Inspect inbound freight for condition, quantity, and damage; document findings against packing lists before acceptance.
- Manage shortage, damage, and mis-shipment claims through resolution, including carrier notices and insurance documentation.
- Evaluate logistics vendors and carriers, verify returned hardware, and establish inspection and defect-reporting standards.

- Experience identifying and documenting freight damage, shortages, or mislabeling before signing for shipments.
- Experience writing inspection standards or checklists and investigating recurring defects or damage to drive corrective action.
- Experience handling carrier or insurer claims and recovering value through clear evidence.
- Ability to track findings in a WMS, ERP, or other system and communicate findings clearly.
Nice to have
- Experience handling high-value hardware such as servers, GPUs, switches, or optics; carrier or 3PL performance programs; serialized asset and RMA workflows.
