Leads cross-functional hardware NPI programs for AI data-center products from kickoff through stage gates and into rate production.
What you'll do
- Own program schedules, stage gates, and execution for a product family.
- Manage risks and dependencies across design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain; facilitate readiness reviews and scoring.
- Broker escalations and decisions between engineering and delivery, especially for long-lead components.
What they ask for
- 5-10 years of technical program management of hardware NPI at an OEM, ODM, or hyperscaler, running programs from kickoff through stage gates to rate production.
- An engineering degree and technical depth to hold design reviews.
- Experience making hard calls on a slipping program and managing DVT-stage component changes against long lead times.
