About the job
Build and lead Fluidstack’s people function, scaling its systems, programs, and team while embedding AI into people operations.
What you'll do
- Lead the people function through rapid headcount growth and own the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, compensation cycles, performance, and offboarding.
- Use AI to scale people operations and partner with leadership on organizational design, leveling, and culture.
- Oversee employment compliance across states and countries, and own internal communications, events, and company-wide rhythms.
