About the job
Partner with client organizations on people matters, employee relations, manager coaching, scalable people programs, and AI-enabled people operations.
What you'll do
- Advise managers on hiring, performance, organizational structure, and sensitive conversations; investigate, resolve, and document employee relations cases.
- Run onboarding, performance reviews, engagement, and offboarding rhythms, and coach first-time managers.
- Use AI to automate repeatable people operations and apply workforce data to identify and address trends.
