Partners with the Manufacturing organization, supporting its growth by coaching managers, handling employee relations, and building people programs for hourly and salaried employees.
What you'll do
- Coach managers on hiring, performance, and difficult conversations.
- Investigate, resolve, and document employee-relations cases.
- Build onboarding, review, engagement, and offboarding rhythms for hourly and salaried employees.
What they ask for
- Experience partnering with an on-site manufacturing, industrial, or field workforce.
- Experience coaching first-time managers.
- Experience managing sensitive employee-relations cases and investigations end to end.
- Knowledge of employment law and when to consult counsel.
