Leads production and site operations at Fluidstack’s Phoenix-area manufacturing facility, owning output, quality, safety, workforce, and delivery performance.
What you'll do
- Own production throughput, quality, line uptime, product acceptance, and on-time shipments; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure site readiness and compliance, including tooling, equipment, utilities, vendors, contractors, and workforce planning.
- Build and develop the manufacturing team and manage the on-site staffing partner against production and quality targets.
