About the job
Design and standardize plumbing and water systems for Fluidstack’s gigawatt-scale AI data centers and prefabricated modules, from concept through construction and commissioning.
What you'll do
- Design plumbing systems, perform hydraulic calculations, select equipment, and write specifications.
- Ensure code compliance and manage permit and inspection questions.
- Coordinate with engineering teams and support construction through submittal reviews, RFIs, and commissioning.
What they ask for
- Working knowledge of the IPC or UPC, IMC, local amendments, and permit review.
- Hands-on experience with hydraulic calculations, pump and pipe sizing, backflow protection, and water storage design.
- Fluency in Revit or AutoCAD MEP and a hydraulic modeling tool.
