Leads pre-construction for large-scale GPU data center projects, coordinating site evaluation, design review, cost and schedule planning, procurement, and construction handoffs.
What you'll do
- Lead constructability reviews and site evaluations, translating project requirements into schedule, cost, and delivery impacts.
- Develop scopes and RFPs, manage GC pre-construction services, analyze costs, and negotiate with project partners.
- Prepare construction handoff packages and coordinate with Construction, Contracts, Legal, and Commercial teams.
What they ask for
- Experience leading pre-construction for large-scale data center, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
- Ability to review electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil designs, including high-density power and liquid cooling.
- Experience with site due diligence, scope packages, RFPs, GC pre-construction services, negotiations, and cost analysis through GMP.
- Experience building project teams across regions and time zones; willingness to travel 20-30% to sites.
