About the job
Build software that automates hiring, finance, capital deployment, and contract workflows for Fluidstack’s AI infrastructure projects.
What you'll do
- Develop recruiting systems, including hiring visibility and automated onboarding.
- Turn procurement, construction, and contract data into cash forecasts, payment schedules, and capital-release workflows.
- Work with finance, treasury, accounting, legal, and people teams to convert approvals and operational processes into structured data and software.
What they ask for
- Production code experience in Go, Python, or TypeScript, with ability to learn other languages as needed.
- Experience building features with LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks.
- Daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor, including getting agents to work autonomously.
