What you'll do
- Create stage-gate, readiness, and engineering change processes across product families.
- Lead and develop three TPMs, allocate coverage across six product families, and oversee portfolio status and risks.
- Set transfer-to-manufacturing standards and clarify decision ownership between TPMs and engineering leads.
