Supervise an integration shift, leading crews as modules are fitted out and ensuring safe, high-quality work meets the daily plan.
What you'll do
- Lead assemblers and technicians by assigning work, coaching, and holding the team accountable.
- Execute the daily plan and report missed targets with causes; maintain safety, quality, work-instruction, torque, and 5S standards.
- Own shift-level crew, safety, quality, and output hour by hour.
