About the job
Administer and scale physical security systems across multiple data center campuses, ensuring reliable support, remediation, patching, and incident response.
What you'll do
- Set acceptance criteria for buildings entering support and manage device remediation against service targets.
- Execute firmware and patch cycles across cameras, readers, and controllers while maintaining service availability; lead technical incident response and vendor escalations.
- Develop repeatable runbooks and standards that support growing multi-campus operations.
